By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. ORDERS

  1. In order to place an order with Kimmy Loves Cake we require your name, email address, payment details and the details of the order. You do not need to create an account with us, but we will store the details of your order on our systems in order to process this, and full details of how and where your data is stored can be found in our privacy policy. Once an order has been successfully placed we'll send you an order confirmation email to the email address entered during the checkout process.

  2. Kimmy Loves Cake reserve the right, at our discretion, to reject or cancel any order without giving reasons. In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payments received in full, via the same payment method used for the order.

2. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

  1. If you need to change any of your details please contact us ASAP. Any changes must be made within 3 working days of the dispatch date and we cannot be responsible for any product that is delivered incorrectly, lost or delayed due to incorrect information.

  2. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason we deem fit.

3. PAYMENTS

  1. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Stripe or Paypal.

4. DELIVERY

  1. We deliver by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or the Kimmy Loves Cake team deliver locally.

  2. For postal the majority of our deliveries will be on the chosen date and almost all remaining deliveries will take place one day after that.

  3. In the event of a delay by Royal Mail, we are unable to offer a refund or to resend your delivery.

  4. Timed deliveries are not available for postal or hand delivery. For local deliveries most deliveries are made between 9am - 1pm.

  5. Please ensure someone is home to receive your order as for postal our boxes can sometimes be too big for your letterbox. If you are not home for a local delivery your box will be wrapped and left in a safe place, we cannot be responsible for anything that happens to it after this point.

  6. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of any product once it’s left our bakery. However, please tell us if you feel that your item has been damaged during delivery with our postal provider.

  7. In the event of a non-delivery for postal (please allow 5 days from expected delivery date) contact Kimmy Loves Cake at hello@kimmylovescake.co.uk with your order number.

  8. Kimmy Loves Cake only deliver to mainland UK addresses and do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

  9. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. If you need to cancel your order with Kimmy Loves Cake you must contact us at hello@kimmylovescake.co.uk no less than 3 days before your dispatch date.

  2. Please understand that due to the perishable nature of cakes, we are unable to accept returns.

  3. We bake all of our cakes the day before they are dispatched to ensure that they are super fresh. If you receive cakes that do not seem fresh, please contact the team at hello@kimmylovescake.co.uk to let us know. If, in our opinion, the products do not meet our high standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the box and it’s contents within 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 4 days.
